01What we collect

If you send us a work order (the form on our homepage), we collect exactly what you type: your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about your business. That’s it — there are no hidden fields.

Our server also briefly sees your IP address, which we use only to block spam and abuse of the form. We don’t build profiles from it.

If you become a client, we additionally keep the information needed to run your service: your business details, your website content, and billing records handled by our payment processor.

02Why we collect it

One reason: you asked us to call you. We use your contact details to have that conversation and, if you become a client, to deliver the service you’re paying for.

We don’t use your information for anything else. No newsletter unless you ask for one. No “nurture sequence.” No retargeting lists built from this form.

03What we never do

We never sell your information. We never rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. If you tell us it wasn’t a fit, your details sit quietly in our records — they don’t go anywhere.

04Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our own database, on servers we control, located in Germany (EU). No third-party form service or CRM company ever holds your data.

The small set of tools we do use to run the service — hosting, payments, and the messaging app that alerts our team the moment you send the form — see only what they need to do their jobs.

05How long we keep it

Leads: until you ask us to remove you, or until the information is clearly stale.

Clients: for as long as you’re a client, plus whatever period tax and accounting law requires for billing records.

06Cookies & advertising pixel

Two things, plainly. First: a login cookie for our own staff area — it never touches visitors.

Second: we advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this site uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether those ads work. It sets a Meta cookie in your browser and tells Meta which pages were visited and whether a form was sent. It does not see what you type into the form — your name, phone, and email go only to us.

Any ad blocker stops the pixel, and the site works exactly the same without it. If we ever add more measurement tools, they get listed here first.

07Your choices

Want to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@tightframe.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days — usually much faster. No forms, no hoops.

If you asked us to call and changed your mind, say so in the call or in one email, and that’s the end of it.

08Children

Our service is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

09Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and change the date below. We won’t quietly move the goalposts.
